Ashwan House

Spread across 1,704 sq ft in Gurugram, Ashwan House is a residence shaped by personal stories and expressive design. Conceived by Navrasa under the direction of Shubhi Garg and Naveen Singh, the home reflects a language of modern maximalism — where sculptural forms, rich textures, and curated details create a space that feels both dynamic and deeply personal. From fluid sandstone curves in the living area to crafted partitions and statement installations, the apartment unfolds as a series of thoughtful design moments that balance elegance with individuality.

Design Philosophy

The design of Ashwan House explores the dialogue between contemporary structure and emotive expression. Clean architectural lines are softened through flowing forms, layered materials, and carefully curated accents that introduce depth and personality throughout the home. Spaces transition seamlessly — from the sculptural living and dining areas to intimate private rooms that reflect the lifestyle of their occupants. Personal touches, such as the Jaipur-inspired artwork in the dining space and the playful Sonic-themed children’s room, bring warmth and narrative into the design. Material experimentation plays a key role in shaping the interiors, with elements such as sandstone, fluted acrylic, leather finishes, and textured laminates working together to create visual richness while maintaining spatial harmony. The result is a home that feels expressive yet balanced — a contemporary residence where architecture, materiality, and personal identity come together in a cohesive design language.
